Lifestyle is based on the Fantastic Lifestyle Assessment Inventory (FLAI) developed by Dr Douglas Wilson (© 1983, Dr Douglas Wilson, Department of Family Medicine, McMaster University, Hamilton, Ont. Canada LBN 325) as a means of obtaining information from general practice patients. If you are honest when responding to the questions, it will provide an indication of the extent to which you are in control of your health and well-being.

  11. This electronic version of the FLAI was developed as a fun demonstration programme about electronic authoring.

  13. For best results: Set your monitor to 256 colours and the display to 640x480 pixels. (If your monitor is set to more or less colours, Lifestyle will appear in black and white.)
